Welcome to the Sea Pines Neighborhood Association (SPNA) located in the historic town of Brewster, Massachusetts. Situated on Cape Cod Bay, the association was founded in 1993 to create a neighborhood with both a private beach and a venue for neighbors to gather.

SPNA consists of nearly 300 acres of beautifully wooded lots and homes, a soft sandy shoreline of over 1200 feet and consists of 80 member families. Each member has deeded beach rights on Cape Cod Bay and share a common love of the ocean, our beach and our Town.  As a quintessential beach town, Brewster is known for its natural beauty and hosts the largest tidal flats in North America.

Membership is open to property owners only. New property owners are encouraged to join the Sea Pines Neighborhood Association.
